Cancellation Policy

Being a small business cancellation’s significantly affect us and as such the following policy will apply.

Accommodation can be cancelled or amendments made up to 14 days prior to arrival. An administration fee of $50.00 will apply

Cancelling within 14 days or less, will mean No Refund of fees

Should you leave earlier than expected full payment will still be required

A booking made through a third party provider is subject to the cancellation policy stated by that service

Owners reserve the right to vary the policy at their discretion

Travel insurance is recommended as cancellations incur charges

Stay in the heart of the Avoca - Terrigal coastline, on Scenic Highway. The Outlook Cabana is just minutes from the beaches, villages, markets, theatre and restaurants. Getting to other attractions such as The Skillion, Erina Fair, art galleries and homewares is easy and just minutes away by car, hire car, bus or taxi. Many things to do within walking distance.

Office hours check-in preferred. Please advise if out of hours check in required. Residence has 24 hour access, on-site emergency personnel, pre-authorised transfer required as bond.
